BTS’s Jimin is once again proving his global influence as the group prepares for their highly anticipated comeback.
Ahead of the release of BTS’s 5th full-length album ‘ARIRANG,’ Jimin’s individual LP ‘Burgundy’ version has been selling out rapidly across major global retailers, demonstrating the undeniable “Jimin effect.”
Jimin’s ‘Burgundy’ vinyl has quickly sold out at major distribution channels in North America, Europe, and Oceania, including the US Weverse Shop and Target, France’s Fnac, Canada’s Sunrise Records, and Australia’s iHeartKpop. This widespread sell-out trend, not limited to specific regions, reaffirms Jimin’s solid global fanbase and purchasing power.
Notably, at Fnac, France’s largest cultural distribution platform, the phenomenon of selling out immediately after restocking has repeated more than three times, showcasing explosive demand. This reaffirms his overwhelming presence in the European market and his potential, previously demonstrated when he became the first K-pop solo artist to top the Billboard ‘Hot 100’.

Furthermore, Jimin, sporting blonde hair in the recently released comeback teaser on Netflix, exudes his signature elegant and dreamy aura, proving his overwhelming presence even in short scenes, raising anticipation for this comeback.

Meanwhile, BTS, including Jimin, will release their 5th full-length album ‘ARIRANG’ on the 20th. On the 21st, they will hold a large-scale comeback performance in Gwanghwamun, showcasing the charm of Korean culture to the world, before departing for the United States today.
