Actress and singer Nana has made an appearance in the new music video for T.O.P, a former member of the boy group BigBang, who previously received a suspended sentence for marijuana use.
Nana participated in the music video for “Absolutely Insane! (Studio54),” one of the double title tracks from T.O.P’s first solo studio album, “ANOTHER DIMENSION (Multiperspective),” which was released on the 8th at 6 PM KST. The “Absolutely Insane! (Studio54)” music video production was led by Chae Kyung-sun, the acclaimed art director of the Netflix series “Squid Game,” and Kim Ji-yong, the cinematographer for “Squid Game 2.”
In the music video, Nana played T.O.P’s counterpart, delivering a striking visual presence with her bold outfits and styling. Her look featured a vivid red bang hairstyle, a dazzling silver dress, leopard print accents, vibrant blue stockings, and smudged lipstick, creating an unforgettable image.

Nana captivated viewers with sensual performances, embodying a free spirit unconstrained by societal norms, and elevated the conceptual atmosphere of “Absolutely Insane! (Studio54).” Her powerful chemistry with T.O.P, seen in them reciting lyrics and dancing together, intensified the music video’s dreamlike mood and kept audiences deeply engaged.
Nana is currently receiving critical acclaim for her compelling portrayal of Hwang Jung-won, a confidential informant, in the ongoing ENA drama “Climax.” She also showcased her musical talent as the vocalist for the drama’s original soundtrack (OST) song, “Black Star.” Moving seamlessly between drama acting, OST vocals, and now a high-profile music video appearance, Nana is leaving a strong impression. She continues to broaden her career trajectory by displaying her versatile talents across various entertainment fields.
Previously, T.O.P was indicted in 2016 on charges of marijuana use and received a 10-month prison sentence, suspended for two years. Following this, T.O.P announced his intention to retire from the entertainment industry via his personal SNS and subsequently withdrew from BigBang. However, he is set to make a significant comeback to the entertainment scene in December 2024 with his role in Netflix’s original series “Squid Game” Season 2.
