K-Pop sensation LE SSERAFIM has earned another Platinum certification from the Japan Record Association, further solidifying their global impact.
According to an announcement from the Japan Record Association on the 25th, LE SSERAFIM’s (Kim Chaewon, Sakura, Huh Yunjin, Kazuha, Hong Eunchae) fourth mini-album title track, ‘EASY’, surpassed 100 million cumulative streams as of May, securing ‘Platinum’ certification in the streaming category.
With this latest achievement, LE SSERAFIM now boasts an impressive total of six songs with over 100 million streams in this category. Their viral hits ‘ANTIFRAGILE’ and ‘Perfect Night’ have each exceeded 200 million streams, while ‘FEARLESS’, ‘UNFORGIVEN (feat. Nile Rodgers)’, ‘Eve, Psyche & The Bluebeard’s wife’, and now ‘EASY’ have all surpassed the 100 million mark, earning them coveted Platinum certifications.
‘EASY’ has garnered immense global popularity since its release, charting for two consecutive weeks on major international music charts, including the prestigious U.S. Billboard ‘Hot 100’ and the U.K. ‘Official Singles Top 100’. The dynamic track has also been a highlight during their electrifying live performances and highly successful world tours, consistently drawing massive singalongs and enthusiastic fan chants from audiences worldwide.
Beyond this significant streaming milestone, LE SSERAFIM continues to demonstrate exceptional performance across various Billboard charts. On the latest charts (dated June 27th, announced on June 23rd by the U.S. music media outlet Billboard), the group showcased strong results in both album and digital song categories. Their recent releases consistently rank high on the ‘World Albums’ chart, maintaining top positions for weeks, and have shown significant gains on the ‘Top Album Sales’ chart in the U.S. Furthermore, their tracks frequently appear on the ‘Global (Excl.
