Jimin of BTS has made a lasting impression with his overwhelming presence in the music video for the title track “Swim,” released alongside BTS’s new album. His expressions and gestures alone drive the narrative.
BTS made their highly anticipated comeback with the worldwide release of their 5th full-length album, ‘ARIRANG,’ on March 20th at 1 PM KST, marking their first group release in 3 years and 9 months.

In the “Swim” music video, Jimin captivates viewers with his ethereal visuals, resembling a prince straight out of a Disney fairy tale. Donning a white shirt, his golden hair flows in the wind, and his deep eyes convey a captivating story. His expressive power and subtle gestures effectively communicate layers of emotion.
Furthermore, Jimin has significantly expanded his “vocal spectrum” in this album by completely altering his singing style and tone for each song. From his beautiful and unique falsetto to his delicate high notes and deep, resonant mid-low tones, he delivers a completely different texture for each track, creating a vocal showcase.

In particular, Jimin leads the atmosphere in the title track “Swim” with his fluent pronunciation and charming mid-low tones. Furthermore, in the B-side track “NORMAL,” his attractive vocals enhance the vibrant rhythm and flavor of the song.
Fans have expressed their amazement with comments like, “Jimin’s vocals purify everything,” “Why is there light coming from Jimin’s voice?” and “Is this even the same person?” Naturally, this raises expectations for Jimin’s future endeavors.
Meanwhile, BTS will hold ‘BTS Comeback Live: ARIRANG’ at Gwanghwamun Square in Seoul at 8 PM on the 21st to meet their fans. They will also appear on NBC’s ‘The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon’ on the 25th and 26th to perform their new song.
