Gwanghwamun, Seoul, is set to shine as ‘Jungkook Land’ in celebration of the BTS member’s return!
Jungkook’s domestic fan club, ‘Jungkook Supporters,’ has announced a large-scale advertising campaign to support his upcoming comeback performance on March 21st. From March 20th to 21st, a special Jungkook comeback support advertisement will be displayed on the massive media wall, ‘KT Square,’ at the KT Gwanghwamun Building WEST. This prominent media wall, boasting a total area of 1770㎡ and overlooking Gwanghwamun Square, will broadcast the advertisement for 30 seconds per showing, 35 times a day.
Furthermore, ‘Jungkook Supporters’ will also be running support advertisements on the landmark ‘LOOKAS’ screen in Gwanghwamun, with over 70 showings per day. This impressive screen spans a total area of 3000㎡, equivalent to the size of 12 volleyball courts. From March 19th to 21st, videos will be displayed on the LumiMedia screen more than 70 times daily. On March 21st, advertisements will also be broadcast more than 100 times a day on two screens at the Cheonggye Korea Building, located in the heart of Cheonggye Plaza. In total, support videos will be showcased in five locations across Gwanghwamun and Cheonggye.
Chinese fan club ‘Jungkook China’ will also be participating in the celebration by running support advertisements on the massive LED screen on the exterior wall of the Koreana Hotel for three days, from March 20th to 22nd. This large screen, measuring approximately 363 pyeong (1200㎡), is situated at the intersection of Sejong-daero and Cheonggyecheon.
‘Jungkook Supporters’ is also organizing various events to commemorate Jungkook’s military discharge, including a coffee truck event, an exhibition at Cafe Seoul Forest, character balloons, photo booths, outdoor decorations, and gacha machines. This extensive support also includes advertisements on Seoul buses and Yeoncheon corporate taxis, as well as the installation of over 50 banners and street light banners.
