BTS’s Jimin continues to be a hot topic, even down to his hairstyles.
Jimin, as part of BTS, appeared at the ‘Spotify X BTS: SWIMSIDE’ event held in New York on March 23rd (local time).
During an interview prior to their performance, the chants of Jimin’s name from the fans reaffirmed his immense popularity and status. Following his long hair debut at the Gwanghwamun performance, where he became known as “that Bukcheong Lion Mask guy” by the public, he captivated fans once again by appearing with his long blonde hair tied up.
Following his comeback, Jimin’s hairstyles have garnered significant attention. Digital magazine ‘Fast Paper’ stated, “Long-haired Jimin is truly an angel. Please, Jimin, keep the long hair forever.” Netflix also posted a photo of Jimin alongside a picture of ‘Romance,’ a member of the Lion Boys from the K-Pop Demon Hunters, showcasing his immense popularity.
‘Harper’s Bazaar Korea’ commented, “He has completed yet another new image with a long hairstyle that reaches his shoulders and bold layering.” They further added, “The way his hair flows with every movement and the ash blonde color clearly reveals his mood,” and “Since Jimin’s long hair, a change in the trend is being detected in men’s hairstyles,” highlighting Jimin’s influence in changing trends.
Meanwhile, after finishing his performance in the United States, Jimin posted on Weverse, “I was worried because I seemed too cold during yesterday’s performance.” He continued, “I’m sorry everyone was so cold yesterday, and I sincerely thank you for coming and waiting for us. I’ll try to show you a better stage. Thank you, ARMY,” expressing his warm heart and concern for his fans.
