BIGBANG is officially recruiting members for its highly anticipated fan club.
BIGBANG shared the exciting news of their fan club recruitment by posting a “BIGBANG OFFICIAL 6th V.I.P COMING SOON” poster on their official SNS channels at 8:19 PM on the 1st.
This marks the official resumption of their fan club activities after approximately 11 years, following the 5th generation recruitment in 2015.
The revealed poster prominently features the ‘Bang Bong’ (BIGBANG’s official light stick), symbolizing the strong bond between BIGBANG and their dedicated fandom, V.I.P.
The recruitment for this 6th generation V.I.P fan club will take place through BIGBANG’s official community on the global fandom platform, B.stage. Having already established robust communication channels via their community and SNS, BIGBANG aims to foster even closer interactions with V.I.P members worldwide, starting with this much-anticipated fan club drive.
YG Entertainment stated, “We have prepared this official fan club recruitment to connect more closely with the fans who have protected BIGBANG’s name for a long time.” They added, “Please look forward to a new journey towards our 20th anniversary, which artists and V.I.P will write together.”
Meanwhile, BIGBANG recently heralded the prelude to their 20th-anniversary project with a captivating stage at the ‘2026 Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival’ in the U.S. The group is also set to embark on a world tour in August, where they will meet fans across the globe.
