The big data analysis for the April 2026 Singer Brand Reputation Rankings reveals BTS in first place, Lim Young-woong in second, and IVE in third.
The Korea Corporate Reputation Research Institute analyzed 122,699,048 pieces of singer brand big data from March 25, 2026, to April 25, 2026. This extensive analysis covers consumer participation, media coverage, communication, and community engagement. Compared to the 99,015,754 pieces of singer brand big data collected in March, there was a significant increase of 23.92% in the data volume for April.
The Singer Brand Reputation Index is a metric derived from analyzing vast amounts of big data related to singers who release popular music. It involves consumer behavior analysis, categorizing data into participation value, communication value, media value, and community value. The index is further refined through positive-negative ratio analysis and a specialized reputation analysis algorithm. This comprehensive brand reputation analysis allows us to understand who is talking about a brand, where, how, how much, and why.
The top 30 singer brand reputation rankings for April 2026 are as follows: BTS, Lim Young-woong, IVE, BLACKPINK, Wanna One, Kiki, Kim Yong-bin, WOODZ, Stray Kids, aespa, SEVENTEEN, HATS2HEARTS, Lee Chan-won, Park Ji-hyun, EXO, BIGBANG, Sung Si-kyung, Hwasa, Park Seo-jin, Cortis, Jang Yoon-jeong, Hanroro, TWS, IU, TWICE, Oh My Girl, Red Velvet, Young Tak, Woody, and BIBI.


BTS (RM, Jin, Suga, J-Hope, Jimin, V, Jungkook), securing the top spot in singer brand reputation, achieved a participation index of 291,308, a media index of 2,745,969, a communication index of 2,575,966, and a community index of 3,649,746. This resulted in a total brand reputation index of 9,262,989, marking a substantial 27.60% increase compared to their March brand reputation index of 7,259,201.
Lim Young-woong’s brand, ranking second, recorded a participation index of 804,343, a media index of 1,510,948, a communication index of 1,253,463, and a community index of 2,821,872. His total brand reputation index reached 6,390,625, showing a 12.81% rise from his March index of 5,665,018.
IVE (An Yu-jin, Gaeul, Rei, Jang Won-young, Liz, Leeseo) secured the third position with a participation index of 396,157, a media index of 1,079,382, a communication index of 1,921,444, and a community index of 2,435,580. Their overall brand reputation index was 5,832,563, representing a substantial 34.83% increase from their March index of 4,325,946.
BLACKPINK (Jisoo, Jennie, Rosé, Lisa) ranked fourth, achieving a participation index of 289,257, a media index of 931,604, a communication index of 1,746,558, and a community index of 1,912,324. Their brand reputation index stood at 4,879,743, an increase of 23.72% compared to their March index of 3,944,221.
Wanna One (Kang Daniel, Park Ji-hoon, Lee Dae-hwi, Kim Jae-hwan, Ong Seong-wu, Park Woo-jin, Lai Kuan-lin, Yoon Ji-sung, Hwang Min-hyun, Bae Jin-young, Ha Sung-woon) climbed to fifth place with a participation index of 206,554, a media index of 492,160, a communication index of 1,299,815, and a community index of 1,204,357. Their brand reputation index reached 3,202,886, reflecting a remarkable 174.11% surge from their March index of 1,168,453.

Koo Chang-hwan, director of the Korea Corporate Reputation Research Institute, stated, “According to the big data analysis for April 2026, BTS (RM, Jin, Suga, J-Hope, Jimin, V, Jungkook) secured the top position in the singer brand reputation rankings. A detailed analysis of the singer brand category shows a 23.92% increase in big data compared to the 99,015,754 pieces analyzed in March. Breaking down the specific indicators, brand consumption rose by 1.77%, brand issue by 6.74%, brand communication by 36.83%, and brand spread by 41.60%.”
He added, “The BTS brand, which has embarked on a world tour with ARMYs globally, ranked first. Lim Young-woong’s brand, sharing joys and sorrows with his fan base ‘Heroic Generation’ (Youngwoong Shidae), came in second. IVE, strongly supported by their dedicated fandom ‘DIVE,’ secured third place. BLACKPINK, with their powerful global fandom ‘BLINK,’ took fourth. Finally, Wanna One, who met their fans directly for the first time in seven years, rounded out the top five.”
