Hybe, the powerhouse behind global K-pop sensations, has announced the launch of its 2026 Hybe Next New Creator producer audition. This global search aims to discover new music creators to join its expansive multilabel system, the company revealed on Tuesday.
As detailed on Hybe’s official website, successful applicants will gain an unparalleled opportunity to collaborate with prominent labels under the Hybe Music Group umbrella. These include industry giants like Big Hit Music, Belift Lab, Pledis Entertainment, Hybe Japan, and YX Labels. These esteemed labels are famously home to some of K-pop’s biggest acts, such as BTS, Tomorrow X Together (TXT), Enhypen, Illit, Seventeen, and &Team, offering an incredible chance for aspiring producers.
The 2026 Hybe Next New Creator audition specifically targets talented track producers specializing in pop music. This global opportunity is open to anyone aged 19 or older, without restrictions based on gender, nationality, or prior professional experience. Both individual creators and production teams are encouraged to apply by submitting demo recordings that highlight their unique musical abilities and distinctive creative style.
Hybe expressed their anticipation in an official statement, saying, “We look forward to the interest and applications of those seeking an opportunity to showcase their limitless potential and talent within the global music industry.”
The Next New Creator audition program has a rich history, having been successfully operated by Hybe since 2016, a period when the company was known as Big Hit Entertainment, a single-label agency. Today, this esteemed program is a cornerstone of Hybe’s strategic efforts to significantly strengthen the creative capabilities across its burgeoning global multilabel system.
Prospective applicants can submit their online applications from July 14 through Aug. 12. Following a rigorous selection process, the final successful candidates for the Hybe Next New Creator program will be awarded a 5 million-won (approximately $3,650 USD) creative support grant to further their artistic endeavors.
