Rolling Stone praised TWS for “making waves with their ‘boyhood pop’ music and their inventive choreography,” further describing them as “one of the most exciting and energetic young K-pop groups today.” This recognition underscores the group’s unique sound and captivating performances.
“We consider Boyhood Pop as a genre, a story, and a spectrum that is ever widening and broadening,” Jihoon explained in an interview with Rolling Stone, offering insight into their musical philosophy. TWS, a six-member group, debuted in 2024 with their EP “Sparkling Blue.” Since then, they have released three additional mini albums and a single, quickly establishing themselves in the competitive K-pop landscape.
