K-pop sensation TOMORROW X TOGETHER (TXT) recently reflected on their remarkable seven-year journey, sharing insights and looking back at their storied career.
On April 13th, TOMORROW X TOGETHER (Soobin, Yeonjun, Beomgyu, Taehyun, Hueningkai) hosted a highly anticipated showcase at Korea University’s Hwajeong Gymnasium in Anam-dong, Seongbuk-gu, Seoul, to celebrate the release of their eighth mini-album, ‘7TH YEAR: When the Wind Briefly Stopped in the Thorny Bush’.
During the event, Yeonjun opened up about moments he considered challenging throughout their activities. He candidly stated, “Honestly, there have been so many difficult moments while promoting as a team. However, there haven’t really been any major crises. Despite the tough times, it was always incredibly fun, and I’ve always had a strong, unwavering conviction in our team.”
Following Yeonjun, Soobin recalled a particularly challenging period in their early career, sharing, “About a year after our debut, the COVID-19 pandemic hit. We were still rookies, and at a crucial time when we needed to experience so much, everything felt cut off. To be honest, I struggled a lot then. It felt like we got a brief taste of something special only for it to be taken away, making it a very difficult period. Yet, it was also a significant time when all the members matured mentally, and we grew much closer through various shared experiences.”
TOMORROW X TOGETHER’s 8th mini-album, ‘7TH YEAR: When the Wind Briefly Stopped in the Thorny Bush,’ officially dropped on April 13th at 6 PM KST, available across all major online music platforms.
