K-Pop group CORTIS expressed their excitement as they gear up for their highly anticipated first tour.

CORTIS is set to kick off their inaugural solo tour, ‘2026 CORTIS TOUR,’ at the Inspire Arena in Incheon on July 18-19. This marks their first solo tour less than a year after their debut, serving as the starting point for a 14-show schedule across 9 cities, including Seoul, North America, and Japan, throughout August and September.

The Incheon performances are completely sold out, demonstrating the group’s massive popularity. CORTIS, comprised of members Martin, James, Joohun, Sunghyun, and Geonho, will perform their hit title track ‘REDRED’ from their second mini-album, released in April, which topped both domestic and international music charts. They will also feature ‘YOUNGCREATORCREW’ and other fan-favorite tracks that have inspired singalongs at various stages.

The tour title, ‘PUT YOUR PHONE DOWN,’ conveys a dual message: to literally “put your phone down” and to “enjoy this moment together.” The dynamic movements of the five members in the tour poster also symbolize their desire to unite and passionately engage with the audience. Through their agency BIGHIT MUSIC, the members shared their thoughts on the upcoming tour and key points for fans to anticipate.

CORTIS: Q&A Ahead of Their First Tour

Q: Your feelings and mindset as you approach your first solo tour since debut?

**Martin:** “I’m anticipating an explosion of fiery energy. I want to capture every single moment of this tour in my mind and heart, like taking a mental snapshot.”

**James:** “I promise to pour all my energy into every moment to ensure our audience has an incredible time.”

**Joohun:** “I’m so grateful to be able to hold a solo concert filled with our fans, COER (our fandom name), less than a year after our debut. I’ll work hard to make sure everyone who comes to the venue has no regrets and enjoys themselves to the fullest.”

**Sunghyun:** “I never expected to embark on our first solo tour so quickly. Since this is our own stage, we’ll show you everything we want to. Just play along with us until you’re exhausted!”

**Geonho:** “The greatest joy is being able to perform with our COER. I hope everyone who comes to the concert will jump and cheer energetically with us.”

Q: The meaning behind the tour title?

**Martin:** “For us, ‘PUT YOUR PHONE DOWN’ means ‘living in the present moment.’ We want our audience to focus on the stage, not their smartphones. This tour will paint a clear picture of the kind of stages CORTIS aims to create in the future.”

**James:** “While it’s great to capture moments with photos and videos, sometimes looking only at your smartphone screen can make you miss precious, valuable real-life experiences. If you fully immerse yourself in the concert atmosphere, taking it in with your eyes and feeling it with your body, won’t it become an even more beautiful memory later? We will do our best to ensure our audience has an unforgettable time.”

Q: What was the most significant preparation for the Incheon concert, the tour’s kick-off?

**Martin:** “I believe the beginning is crucial. We are prioritizing a flawless stage where we can run around freely, without mistakes.”

**James:** “We’ve thought long and hard about how to truly electrify our COER, who will fill every seat.”

**Joohun:** “We’ve practiced extensively to elevate the audience atmosphere and ensure our energy reaches every COER.”

**Sunghyun:** “My desire is to show a great performance in the best possible condition.”

**Geonho:** “Since it’s our first tour stage, I’ve worked hard on building my stamina. I’ve also researched a lot of ad-libs.”

Q: CORTIS’s goals after the second half of the tour, Lollapalooza Chicago, and the Formula 1 (F1) Singapore Grand Prix?

**Joohun:** “I’m grateful to perform on such massive stages. Our current goal is to create even ‘tastier music’ for our next album.”

**Sunghyun:** “I believe it’s important to make a comeback with even better and newer music. I’m also curious about what our next goal will be. It seems like a continuous challenge for us to figure out.”

**Geonho:** “For now, my ongoing wish is to always create great music and deliver impressive stages.”

Q: Finally, a message to COER?

**Martin:** “I love you all so, so much. I hope everyone joining us on tour stays healthy and safe, brings their maximum energy, and creates wonderful memories. We’ll create a stage that makes you want to come back again.”

**James:** “PUT YOUR PHONE DOWN!!!!!!!”

**Joohun:** “You’ve waited a long time. Come and play to your heart’s content. You can definitely look forward to it. I love you.”

**Sunghyun:** “It will be a fun tour, just as you’ve anticipated. Let’s have a blast. Please continue to COER for us!”

**Geonho:** “COER, are you ready to ‘PUT YOUR PHONE DOWN’ and party?”
