BTS’s Jungkook continues to dominate the global music scene, achieving top honors on iTunes charts worldwide.
Jungkook’s “SWIM (Alternate Cover Jung Kook Version),” a track from BTS’s 5th full-length album ‘Arirang,’ has soared to the #1 position on iTunes Top Songs charts in an impressive 48 countries, including the United States, Canada, France, Germany, and Mexico. The Alternate Cover version of “SWIM” maintained its reign at #1 on the US iTunes Top Songs chart for three consecutive days and peaked at #2 on the UK chart.

Further demonstrating his immense popularity, Jungkook’s ‘Arirang’ LP ‘Orchid’ version achieved its 4th sell-out at US retailer Target, making him the first member to reach this milestone. It also sold out on the US Weverse Shop and the BTS Store, as well as during the 3rd pre-order sale on China’s Pinky. The LP was also the fastest to sell out on Europe’s iPurple and Australia’s iHeartPopAus.
The sell-out streak continued across numerous countries, including Canada’s Sunrise Records, France’s Fnac, the UK’s HMV, Ireland’s Golden Discs, Denmark’s iMusic, and Germany’s Media Markt. This solidifies Jungkook’s reputation as a “Sold Out King,” showcasing his powerful selling power.
Jungkook’s first solo album, ‘GOLDEN,’ re-entered the Worldwide iTunes Album Chart at #41 based on the count on the 21st. On the 25th, it climbed to #34, continuing its global popularity. The album has been charting on the Worldwide iTunes Album Chart for a total of 453 days and previously held the #1 spot for 14 days. Additionally, it topped the European iTunes Album Chart for over 7 days and has achieved #1 on iTunes album charts in a total of 106 countries since its release.
