Idol Individual Brand Reputation Rankings – February 2026
The February 2026 idol individual brand reputation rankings are out! BTS’s Jimin tops the list, followed by BTS’s Jungkook and BLACKPINK’s Jennie.
The Korea Reputation Research Institute analyzed 159,195,639 pieces of big data on 1,730 idol individuals from January 24, 2026, to February 24, 2026. They measured consumer participation index, media index, communication index, and community index to analyze the brand reputation index. This is a 0.73% decrease compared to the 160,367,806 pieces of idol individual brand big data from January.
The brand reputation index is an indicator created through brand big data analysis, finding that consumers’ online habits significantly impact brand consumption. Through idol individual brand reputation analysis, it is possible to measure positive/negative evaluations of idol individual brands, media interest, and consumer interest and communication volume. Monitoring and risk assessment by the idol brand reputation editor were also included.

BTS Jimin’s brand, which ranked first, had a brand reputation index of 6,804,336, with a participation index of 111,921, a media index of 393,479, a communication index of 2,803,088, and a community index of 3,495,848. This is a 22.51% decrease compared to the brand reputation index of 8,780,962 in January.
BTS Jungkook’s brand ranked second with a brand reputation index of 6,499,968, consisting of a participation index of 82,251, a media index of 350,507, a communication index of 2,772,449, and a community index of 3,294,761. This reflects a 15.09% decrease compared to the brand reputation index of 7,655,123 in January.
BLACKPINK Jennie’s brand, in third place, recorded a brand reputation index of 6,416,329, with a participation index of 542,602, a media index of 687,097, a communication index of 2,220,669, and a community index of 2,965,960. Compared to the brand reputation index of 8,012,724 in January, this represents a 19.92% decrease.
IVE Jang Wonyoung’s brand ranked fourth with a brand reputation index of 6,209,151, including a participation index of 559,388, a media index of 628,497, a communication index of 2,698,453, and a community index of 2,322,813. This is a 19.00% decrease from the brand reputation index of 7,665,688 in January.
BTS Jin’s brand, ranking fifth, showed a brand reputation index of 5,881,552, with a participation index of 97,206, a media index of 363,524, a communication index of 2,302,887, and a community index of 3,117,934. This shows a 3.47% increase compared to the brand reputation index of 5,684,430 in January.
Koo Chang-hwan, director of the Korea Reputation Research Institute, stated, “In the February 2026 idol individual brand reputation rankings, BTS Jimin’s brand ranked first. Analyzing the idol individual brand big data, there was a 0.73% decrease compared to the 160,367,806 pieces of data in January. Looking at the detailed analysis, brand consumption decreased by 6.98%, brand issue decreased by 0.82%, brand communication decreased by 0.22%, and brand spread decreased by 0.30%.”
He added, “The BTS Jimin brand, which ranked first in the February 2026 idol individual brand reputation rankings, had ‘romantic, breakthrough, record’ highly ranked in link analysis, and ‘ARMY, Who, Like Crazy’ highly ranked in keyword analysis. In the positive/negative ratio analysis, the big data recorded a positive ratio of 92.27%.”
