Singer Lim Young-woong’s 2nd full-length album, ‘IM HERO 2,’ has magnificently surpassed 1.4 billion cumulative streams on the popular music platform Melon. This impressive milestone was achieved by adding an additional 100 million streams in just seven days after hitting 1.3 billion streams on the 7th of the month.
As of July 13th, Lim Young-woong firmly maintains his reign as the number one artist in Melon’s all-time cumulative streaming rankings. He continues to expand his lead, having previously overtaken global sensation BTS to claim the top spot in overall cumulative streams.
‘IM HERO 2,’ released on August 29th last year, features a collection of 11 captivating tracks, including the poignant title song ‘Like a Moment, Like Eternity.’ Several B-side tracks from the album, such as ‘ULSSIGU,’ ‘I’ll Be a Wildflower,’ ‘Because It Rains,’ ‘Don’t Look Back,’ and ‘I Understand, I’m Sorry,’ are also consistently charting high.
Fans can look forward to Lim Young-woong’s grand return to the stage with his large-scale stadium concert, ‘IM HERO – THE STADIUM 2,’ set to take place at the Goyang Sports Complex this September.
