BTS Jungkook is setting new records on the Billboard charts with his solo debut!

According to Billboard’s ‘Global 200’ chart released on February 28th, Jungkook’s first solo debut song ‘Seven’ ranked at number 192.

‘Seven’ re-entered the Billboard ‘Global 200’ chart, achieving the longest run for any Asian group or solo artist at 33 weeks. Additionally, ‘Seven’ ranked 103rd on the Billboard ‘Global Excl. U.S.’ chart on the same date, marking its 36th week on the chart as an Asian solo artist, setting another record.

Jungkook's Billboard Achievements

On the Billboard Korea ‘Hot 100’ chart, ‘Seven’ ranked at number 70. On the Billboard ‘Global K-Songs’ chart, ‘Seven’ ranked 8th, ‘Standing Next To You’ 43rd, and ‘3D’ 62nd, with all three of Jungkook’s songs making the list.

Previously, Jungkook topped both the ‘Global 200’ and ‘Global Excl. U.S.’ charts with ‘Seven,’ ‘Standing Next to You,’ and ‘3D.’ Jungkook became the first solo artist worldwide to achieve three number one songs on both charts in the same year, leaving his mark in Billboard history.

‘Seven’ debuted at number 1 on the Billboard main singles chart ‘Hot 100’ and remained on the chart for 15 weeks. Furthermore, it continues its chart run on Spotify’s ‘Weekly Top Songs Global’ chart for 36 weeks, the longest for any Asian solo artist song.

On Spotify, ‘Seven’ surpassed 2.8 billion streams, becoming the first song by an Asian artist and the first song released in 2023 to achieve this milestone, proving its global popularity.
