BTS member Jin captivated global fans with his ‘Visual King’ looks, exceptional athletic prowess, and witty entertainment sense.

On May 5th, the official BTS channels on YouTube and Weverse released the group’s self-produced content, ‘Run BTS! – No Mercy Century Jokgu Battle l BTS’s TRIP EP.3’, featuring an exciting foot volleyball match.

Waking up early, Jin garnered admiration with his sculptural ‘God of Beauty’ visuals, further enhanced by his adorable look in an earflap hat. As BTS gathered to play Jokgu, they displayed their unique chemistry while brainstorming ‘Run BTS!’ slogans and penalty ideas. Jin, with his characteristic wit, demonstrated a suggested penalty – ‘kneeling and raising hands’ – bringing laughter to the members and creating a cheerful atmosphere.

Divided into ‘Team Kim Seokjin’ (three members) and ‘Team Ace’ (four members), BTS’s Jokgu match delighted global fans with their charming and humorous interactions. Jin, with his impressive height, long legs, and excellent athletic skills, played a crucial role. During the game, he showcased brilliant wit, jokingly calling an opposing member who took the ball to the face ‘Bbyam-dding’ and another who took it to the stomach ‘Gusul-dongja’ (Marble Boy), eliciting laughter. He also offered warm encouragement to members performing well, praising them as ‘Gosu’ (master), creating many heartwarming moments.

With strong performances from all members of Jin’s team, ‘Team Kim Seokjin’ secured a decisive victory in the Jokgu game, once again upholding BTS’s unspoken rule: ‘Team Kim Seokjin never loses.’
