On the 26th (Korean time), BTS made history at the American Music Awards, held at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, USA, by clinching the prestigious ‘Artist of the Year’ award. This marks their second time receiving the top honor, following their win in 2021. The global superstars also secured ‘Song of the Summer’ and ‘Favorite Male K-Pop Artist,’ achieving an impressive triple crown at the event.
The AMA ceremony opened with a dynamic performance video of “Hooligan” from the Arirang World Tour concert, which had taken place the day prior at Las Vegas’s Allegiant Stadium. Jin captivated the audience and fans alike with his powerful live vocals and dynamic stage presence.
