BTS’s Jin shares his thoughts ahead of the group’s comeback performance in Gwanghwamun.
On March 19th, Jin took to the fan community platform Weverse to say, “The comeback is just one day away. Thanks to the help and support of many people, we will be holding a comeback show in Gwanghwamun.” He added, “It is an honor to be able to greet you all together in a meaningful place after a long time, and I am very grateful to those who helped and everyone who understood.”
He continued, “We will do our best to show you a great performance. I ask those who are watching on site to please pay attention to safety.”
BTS is set to release their 5th full-length album ‘ARIRANG’ on March 20th, marking their full group comeback. On March 21st at 8 PM, they will hold ‘BTS THE COMEBACK LIVE|ARIRANG’ in the Gwanghwamun Square area.
The Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency anticipates a maximum of 260,000 people will gather at the event and will deploy approximately 6,500 police officers from all functions, including about 70 mobile units, traffic control, crime prevention, detectives, and special forces, along with over 5,400 pieces of equipment.
