BTS’s Jimin has proven his immense popularity by topping the ‘Billboard Hot 100 Favorite Idol’ poll.
Jimin secured the top spot in the ‘Billboard Hot 100 Favorite Idol’ poll conducted by the ChoiAeDol app from February 13th to March 2nd. This win underscores his significant presence as a successful artist on the Billboard Hot 100 chart.

With his first solo album ‘FACE,’ Jimin made history when the title track ‘Like Crazy’ debuted at number one on the Billboard Hot 100 chart on April 8, 2023. This marked the first time a Korean solo artist achieved a number-one hit on the Hot 100 in Billboard’s 68-year history.

In the same week that ‘Like Crazy’ topped the Hot 100, Jimin also reached number one on the Billboard ‘Artist 100’ chart. This was another first for a K-pop solo artist and a record that remains unbroken. Furthermore, Jimin holds the record for the longest time spent on that chart by a K-pop solo artist, with 40 weeks.
Additionally, Jimin’s second solo album ‘MUSE,’ and its title track ‘Who,’ spent 33 weeks on the Billboard ‘Hot 100 Chart,’ setting a then-record for the longest charting K-pop song overall, highlighting his remarkable solo career on Billboard.
Meanwhile, the Lotte World Mall art canvas advertisement, which Jimin won as a reward for topping the ‘Billboard Hot 100 Favorite Idol’ poll, will be unveiled on March 23rd.
