Jimin of the globally renowned boy group BTS (Bangtan Sonyeondan) has secured the top spot in the Star Ranking Star Idol Male Ranking.
Jimin triumphed over 2PM’s Junho and BTS’s Jin in the 230th Star Ranking Star Idol Male Ranking vote, which took place from 3:01 PM on March 19th to 3:00 PM on March 26th.
In this round of voting, Jimin garnered an impressive 48,710 votes, followed by 2PM’s Junho in second place with 24,776 votes, and BTS’s Jin in third place with 9,329 votes.
Star Ranking is a ranking system where fans directly vote for their favorite stars to determine the rankings. When voting via mobile, fans can receive a voting certificate, and various benefits are offered to the stars based on their ranking results.
Stars who achieve first place for four consecutive weeks are featured in outdoor billboard advertisements. Furthermore, fans of stars who maintain the top position for four weeks can also support outdoor billboard advertising videos. The 231st Star Ranking Star Idol Male Ranking vote will be held from 3:01 PM on March 26th to 3:00 PM on April 2nd.
BTS, including Jimin, made a full group comeback on March 20th. Following this, they performed at Gwanghwamun Square on March 21st.
