Global sensation BTS has made their highly anticipated comeback after a 3-year and 9-month hiatus. Their recent performance at Gwanghwamun Plaza in Seoul, drawing a crowd of over 200,000 fans, was undoubtedly a historic moment.
On March 21st at 8 PM KST, BTS held their “BTS COMEBACK LIVE: ARIRANG” at Gwanghwamun Square. Following their time focusing on individual pursuits, the members of BTS returned with their 5th full-length album, “Arirang,” and its title track, “SWIM,” marking their first complete group release in nearly four years.
BTS’s 5th full-length album, “Arirang,” features a total of 14 tracks, including the title track “SWIM,” along with “Body to Body,” “Hooligan,” “Aliens,” “FYA,” “2.0,” “No. 29,” “Merry Go Round,” “NORMAL,” “Like Animals,” “they don’t know ’bout us’,” “One More Night,” “Please,” and “Into the Sun.”
The comeback show was broadcast globally to over 190 countries via Netflix, providing a stage for BTS to unveil the debut performances of their new songs, including “SWIM,” to a massive audience.

V expressed, “It still doesn’t feel real that we’re back like this.” Jimin added, “Aren’t you all cold? Are you okay?” He continued, “We’re so happy to be able to see your happy faces.” Jungkook also showed concern for the fans, saying, “You all shouldn’t catch a cold.” He smiled and shared, “I was actually a little nervous about the comeback, but seeing you all makes me so happy.”
RM revealed, “We’re going to perform a lot of new songs from our new album. We put a lot of thought into it for a long time. We wondered how we could show our true selves and took on many new challenges. Can you feel it?” Jin stated, “This time, we wanted to show our most honest selves as seven members. We’re so happy to finally be able to show you our growth.”
BTS continued their performance with stages of “Aliens” and “FYA.”
