Red Velvet’s Irene is gearing up for a highly anticipated solo comeback in late March! The K-pop star is set to release her first solo full-length album, marking a significant return to the solo stage.
This upcoming album follows the success of her first solo EP, “Like A Flower,” which was released over a year ago. The eight-track EP achieved remarkable sales, exceeding 250,000 copies on its release day and dominating the iTunes Top Albums Chart in 21 regions. This impressive debut has heightened excitement for Irene’s full-length solo album.
Beyond her solo work, Irene remains an integral part of Red Velvet. She recently participated in SM Entertainment’s star-studded SM Town Live 2025-26 concert in Bangkok. Last year, she also embarked on an Asia tour with fellow Red Velvet member Seulgi, visiting seven cities including Singapore, Bangkok, and Kuala Lumpur. The tour followed the release of their second EP as the subunit Irene & Seulgi, titled “Tilt.”
