Idol Group Brand Reputation Rankings: February 2026 Analysis
The February 2026 idol group brand reputation rankings are here! Big data analysis reveals BTS in 1st place, followed by IVE in 2nd, and BLACKPINK in 3rd.
The Korea Corporate Reputation Research Institute analyzed 84,808,365 pieces of idol group brand big data from January 18, 2026, to February 18, 2026. This represents a 5.51% increase compared to the 80,379,475 pieces of brand big data from January.

The brand reputation index is created through brand big data analysis, based on the finding that consumers’ online habits greatly influence brand consumption. By analyzing the brand reputation of idol groups, it is possible to measure positive/negative evaluations, media interest, and consumers’ interest and communication volume for idol group brands. Qualitative evaluations from brand reputation monitors are also included.

The idol group brand reputation is an analysis of brand categories that integrates boy groups and girl groups. The brand reputation index is analyzed by measuring consumers’ participation index, media index, communication index, and community index for idol group brands.


The top 30 idol groups in brand reputation for February 2026 are: BTS, IVE, BLACKPINK, SEVENTEEN, EXO, Stray Kids, Red Velvet, ILLIT, Apink, TWICE, Kiki, ENHYPEN, aespa, BIGBANG, Oh My Girl, ATEEZ, AlphaDriveOne, MAMAMOO, TWS, fromis_9, BTOB, NMIXX, Wanna One, LE SSERAFIM, SHINee, NCT, INFINITE, Super Junior, H1-KEY, and RIIZE.
BTS (RM, Jin, Suga, J-Hope, Jimin, V, Jungkook) ranked 1st with a brand reputation index of 9,909,639, analyzed with a participation index of 322,558, a media index of 926,777, a communication index of 3,563,710, and a community index of 5,096,594. This represents a 29.28% increase compared to the brand reputation index of 7,665,021 in January.
IVE (Ahn Yujin, Gaeul, Rei, Jang Wonyoung, Liz, Lee Seo) ranked 2nd with a brand reputation index of 7,665,293, analyzed with a participation index of 293,354, a media index of 821,219, a communication index of 2,984,593, and a community index of 3,566,127. This represents a 63.15% increase compared to the brand reputation index of 4,698,168 in January.
BLACKPINK (Jisoo, Jennie, Rosé, Lisa) ranked 3rd with a brand reputation index of 5,259,160, analyzed with a participation index of 122,206, a media index of 367,706, a communication index of 1,340,993, and a community index of 3,428,255. This represents a 0.02% decrease compared to the brand reputation index of 5,260,330 in January.
SEVENTEEN (S.Coups, Jeonghan, Joshua, Jun, Hoshi, Wonwoo, Woozi, The8, Mingyu, DK, Seungkwan, Vernon, Dino) ranked 4th with a brand reputation index of 3,583,141, analyzed with a participation index of 115,836, a media index of 305,292, a communication index of 1,180,966, and a community index of 1,981,048. This represents a 1.78% decrease compared to the brand reputation index of 3,648,163 in January.
EXO (Suho, Chanyeol, Kai, D.O., Baekhyun, Sehun, Xiumin, Chen, Lay) ranked 5th with a brand reputation index of 3,560,048, analyzed with a participation index of 181,104, a media index of 553,605, a communication index of 759,250, and a community index of 2,066,089. This represents an 18.33% decrease compared to the brand reputation index of 4,359,274 in January.
Koo Chang-hwan, Director of the Korea Corporate Reputation Research Institute, stated, “In the February 2026 idol group brand reputation rankings, BTS (RM, Jin, Suga, J-Hope, Jimin, V, Jungkook) ranked 1st. Looking at the idol group brand category, there was a 5.51% increase compared to the 80,379,475 pieces of idol group brand big data in January. In a detailed analysis, brand consumption decreased by 0.14%, brand issue decreased by 0.96%, brand communication increased by 22.55%, and brand diffusion decreased by 0.84%.”
He continued, “In the link analysis for the BTS brand, which ranked 1st in the February 2026 idol group brand reputation rankings, ‘comeback,’ ‘live broadcast,’ and ‘ticket reservation’ were high, and in the keyword analysis, ‘Gwanghwamun,’ ‘Busan concert,’ and ‘world tour’ were high. In the positive/negative ratio analysis, a positive ratio of 92.95% was recorded.”
