Global sensation BTS (RM, Jin, Suga, J-Hope, Jimin, V, Jungkook) continues its unstoppable popularity, dominating global music charts with their latest album, ‘ARIRANG’.
BTS’s 5th full-length album, ‘ARIRANG’, secured the #2 spot on Spotify’s ‘Weekly Top Album Global’ chart. Covering the tracking period of July 3rd-9th, the album has consistently ranked within the top two for an impressive 16 consecutive weeks, achieving the coveted #1 position a record nine times this year.
The title track, ‘SWIM’, held strong at #6 on the ‘Weekly Top Song Global’ chart for the second week in a row. Other tracks from the album, including ‘Body to Body’, ‘2.0’, and ‘Hooligan’, have also remained on the charts for 16 consecutive weeks alongside ‘SWIM’. Additionally, ‘Come Over’, released on the 12th of last month, has maintained its presence on the charts for a full month.
On the latest UK Official Charts (dated July 10th-16th), ‘ARIRANG’ ascended 16 spots to claim #21 on the ‘Official Album Top 100’. In specific sub-charts, the album ranked #25 on ‘Official Album Streaming’, #15 on ‘Official Vinyl Album’, and impressively secured #10 on both ‘Official Album Sales’ and ‘Official Physical Album’ charts.
‘ARIRANG’ also continued its impressive run on Germany’s Official Music Charts (Offizielle Deutsche Charts) ‘Top 100 Albums’ (dated July 10th), holding its position within the ‘Top 10’ at #9 for 16 consecutive weeks. Meanwhile, ‘SWIM’ made a significant rebound, jumping 11 spots to #88 on the ‘Top 100 Singles’ chart. In Australia, on the ARIA ‘Top 50 Albums’ chart (dated July 13th), ‘ARIRANG’ landed at #12, while securing #15 on the ‘Top 20 Vinyl Albums’.
BTS is set to continue their ‘BTS WORLD TOUR ‘ARIRANG” European leg from July 11th-12th (local time) at the Allianz Arena in Munich, Germany, making history as the first Korean artists to perform there. Looking ahead to July 19th, the group will grace the stage alongside global icons Madonna, Shakira, and Justin Bieber for the highly anticipated ‘2026 FIFA World Cup™’ Final Halftime Show at the New York New Jersey Stadium in the USA.
