Globally acclaimed K-pop sensation Ateez has officially unveiled their 14th EP, “Golden Hour: Part. 5,” marking a thrilling continuation of the group’s highly successful “Golden Hour” series, which showcases their most vibrant and impactful moments in their musical journey.

This latest album, launched on Friday, masterfully encapsulates Ateez’s signature high-energy sound while delving deep into moments fueled by raw instinct and profound emotion, as confirmed by their agency, KQ Entertainment. Notably, Ateez members Hongjoong and Mingi played a pivotal role, contributing their talent to the lyrics for every single track on the EP.

The captivating title track, “Bad,” immediately stands out as a Brazilian funk-inspired dance anthem, destined to get listeners moving with its undeniably addictive chorus and a powerfully groove-driven beat.

Accompanying the album’s release, the much-anticipated music video for “Bad” premiered simultaneously, generating significant buzz following the striking teaser videos unveiled earlier on Wednesday and Thursday. The cinematic visual spectacle notably features acclaimed Hollywood actress Chase Infiniti, adding a layer of intrigue to its series of engaging scenes.

Beyond the lead single, the “Golden Hour: Part. 5” EP further demonstrates Ateez’s incredibly diverse musical palette through an exciting selection of four additional tracks, each offering a unique sonic experience.

“Mamacita” masterfully blends Latin trap rhythms with a heartfelt confession of love. “Toxin” captivates listeners by exploring irresistible attraction through its smooth R&B sound. “Fallin'” delivers an explosive electronic dance music production, vividly portraying the moment when reason gives way. Concluding the EP, “Body” tenderly captures the lingering emotions following a fleeting, passionate encounter, all set against a lush R&B arrangement.

Looking ahead, Ateez is set to make a significant impact as a headliner at the prestigious British Summer Time Hyde Park festival in London, UK, this upcoming Sunday, promising an unforgettable live performance.
