Global K-pop sensation BTS, the iconic boy group, is set to celebrate their momentous 13th debut anniversary with a full group reunion, delighting fans worldwide.
On June 1st, at midnight KST, BTS officially unveiled the highly anticipated timetable for ‘2026 BTS FESTA’ across their official social media channels, kicking off the celebration.
The annual ‘BTS FESTA’ is a two-week-long celebration, both online and offline, commemorating BTS’s debut anniversary on June 13th. This year’s festivities include an array of exciting online content, culminating with the ‘BTS WORLD TOUR ‘ARIRANG’ IN BUSAN’ concerts, held at the Busan Asiad Main Stadium on June 12th and 13th.
The theme for this year’s ‘BTS FESTA’ is ’13(B)TS’. This unique title symbolizes transcending a complete 12-year cycle, representing a new beginning as BTS and their dedicated fandom, ARMY, embark on the next chapter of their incredible journey together, building upon 12 years of shared memories and achievements.
The ‘2026 BTS FESTA’ officially begins on June 4th with the highly anticipated release of BTS’s ‘Family Portrait,’ a beloved traditional content series since 2014. The reunion of the full group for this special photo has generated immense excitement among fans. Following this, on June 5th, a captivating performance video for ‘Hooligan,’ a track from their 5th studio album ‘ARIRANG,’ will be unveiled. The festivities continue with ‘NORMAL LOG’ on June 7th and ’13 SIDE FILM’ on June 8th. Fans can also look forward to the return of ‘Run BTS 2.0’ on June 10th and 11th. ‘Run BTS’ is a flagship self-produced content series by the group, with its recent ‘Run BTS: BTS’s Trip’ (3 episodes released in April-May) and teaser videos collectively amassing nearly 30 million views on YouTube.
On June 12th, a special treat awaits ARMYs with the digital release of ‘Come Over,’ a new track previously exclusive to the deluxe vinyl edition of ‘ARIRANG.’ Produced by none other than SUGA, the song beautifully encapsulates the journey of finding ‘you’ even when feeling lost, a sincere confession that resonates deeply with the enduring dedication of ARMY, who have steadfastly supported BTS. Furthermore, the ‘ARIRANG (613 Limited Edition Picture Disc Vinyl)’ will also be available for purchase, a collectible for true fans.
The grand finale of ‘BTS FESTA’ will be held in Busan with highly anticipated concerts on June 12th and 13th. This marks BTS’s triumphant return to Busan for a concert after 3 years and 8 months, since their ‘2030 Busan World Expo Bid Concert BTS ‘Yet To Come’ in BUSAN’ in October 2022. The significance of this event is profound, as the global superstars will reunite with their fans as a complete group in the very city where they performed their last concert before their military enlistment. Unsurprisingly, both dates for this momentous concert are completely sold out, a testament to BTS’s unparalleled popularity and a highly anticipated K-pop event.
