Global K-pop sensation Seventeen is set to embark on a highly anticipated fan meeting tour in Japan next month, as officially announced by Pledis Entertainment on Tuesday. This series of events promises exciting interactions for their dedicated fanbase, Carats.
Titled “Yakusoku,” meaning “promise” in Japanese, the fan meetings symbolize Seventeen’s eternal bond with their fans. This special event will see the beloved group connect with Carats over four days across two major Japanese cities. They will host two-day fan gatherings in Tokyo at the iconic Tokyo Dome on May 13-14, followed by another two-day event in Osaka at Kyocera Dome on May 23-24. These highly anticipated “Yakusoku” fan meetings are expected to draw massive crowds.
Following their Japanese engagements, Seventeen will return to Korea for a special fan meetup in June, to be held in Incheon. This city holds significance for the boy band, as it previously hosted the critically acclaimed encore show for their world tour, “New_.” That tour notably garnered an impressive total audience of 900,000, including both physical attendees and those who participated via global livestream, underscoring Seventeen’s massive popularity.
In other exciting news from the group, members DK and Seungkwan are set to commence their highly anticipated subunit tour on April 17, starting in Incheon. Additionally, S.Coups and Mingyu will continue their own touring schedule, heading to Kaohsiung, Taiwan, on April 24. These individual and subunit activities highlight the diverse talents and busy schedules of the Seventeen members.
