GS Global is set to significantly expand its presence in the Japanese beauty market with the launch of three popular K-beauty brands – Jejuindi, Talitha Koum, and Pretty Actually. These sought-after South Korean cosmetics will officially debut at Japan’s esteemed premium beauty retailer, Cosme Kitchen, on July 24.

Developed in close cooperation with GS Japan, GS Global’s dedicated Japanese subsidiary, this pivotal project marks the inaugural commercial sales for GS Global’s burgeoning cosmetics business. The company underscores this launch as a foundational step in its ambitious strategy to establish a leading global beauty distribution platform.

Cosme Kitchen, a highly respected name in the Japanese beauty landscape, is expertly operated by MASH Beauty Lab, a subsidiary of the prominent MASH Group. With an impressive network of 70 stores strategically located in Japan’s prime commercial districts, Cosme Kitchen is celebrated for its unwavering commitment to eco-friendly values and its meticulously curated selection of brands featuring body-friendly, natural ingredients.

GS Global emphasized that Cosme Kitchen was deliberately chosen as its premier Japanese partner, driven by their synergistic values encompassing sustainability, premium product quality, and a commitment to conscious beauty.

Prior to the official July launch, GS Global made a significant appearance at the exclusive Cosme Kitchen 2026 Autumn Exhibition, hosted from July 8-9 at the MASH Group headquarters in Chiyoda, Tokyo. This prestigious event provided an invaluable preview opportunity for VIP customers, key media representatives, and influential figures within the beauty industries.

This groundbreaking project is strategically positioned by GS Global as a pivotal inaugural step towards establishing a robust global distribution platform specifically for K-beauty. A core mission is to empower and bridge the gap for promising domestic indie K-beauty brands, often challenged by the complexities of global market entry.

GS Global is committed to providing comprehensive, end-to-end support, meticulously overseeing the entire market entry process. This includes everything from initial brand identification and strategic product planning to efficient export procedures, navigating local certification and import regulations, optimizing inventory management, and insightful sales data analysis.

Leveraging its extensive global networks and profound trade expertise, GS Global has ambitious plans for further international expansion. Future markets targeted include Europe, the Middle East, and Indonesia, significantly broadening its reach beyond Asia.

“Our established expertise within the Japanese market will be instrumental in continuously empowering more domestic K-beauty brands to successfully enter the global arena. We are committed to advancing our innovative global beauty business model, expanding its scope to encompass both the dynamic cosmetics and aesthetics sectors,” an official from GS Global affirmed.
