K-pop sensation Treasure has achieved a remarkable milestone, amassing 100 million views on YouTube for their “If I” music video. This impressive feat was confirmed by their agency, YG Entertainment, on Sunday.
The popular K-pop group set a new personal best, reaching this incredible milestone in less than 12 days, marking their fastest music video to hit 100 million views to date.
“If I” serves as the dynamic lead single from Treasure’s highly anticipated fourth extended play (EP), “New Wav,” which captivated fans upon its global release on June 1.
The four-track mini-album “New Wav” has also demonstrated immense commercial success, selling over 1 million copies within its first week. This stellar performance saw it dominate the iTunes Top Albums Chart across 13 regions globally and claim the coveted number one spot on Oricon’s Weekly Album Ranking in Japan.
Further solidifying its impact, the vibrant hip-hop track – notable as Treasure’s first official English-language single – also clinched the top position on a prominent local TV music chart show.
Treasure is set to connect with fans through an exciting series of live performances, beginning with three highly anticipated concerts in Seoul starting June 19. Following their Seoul engagements, the dynamic 10-member group will embark on an extensive eight-city tour across Japan, promising unforgettable shows for their dedicated fanbase.
