K-pop sensation Le Sserafim has once again made a significant mark on the global music scene, with their latest LP, “Pureflow pt. 1,” debuting impressively at No. 10 on the prestigious Billboard 200 chart. This remarkable achievement was confirmed following the chart preview released on Sunday in the US.
This accomplishment solidifies “Pureflow pt. 1” as the group’s fifth consecutive album to break into the top 10 of the Billboard 200, a groundbreaking feat that makes Le Sserafim the first fourth-generation K-pop girl group to achieve such a consistent streak on the main albums chart.
Le Sserafim’s impressive run on the Billboard 200 commenced with their LP “Unforgiven,” which peaked at No. 6. Their subsequent EPs also found significant success: “Easy” reached No. 8, “Crazy” climbed to No. 7, and “Hot” secured the No. 9 spot, consistently showcasing their growing global appeal and musical prowess.
Currently, the acclaimed K-pop act is promoting their new album while member Kim Chaewon is on a temporary hiatus, having suspended activities to recover from neck pain.
Looking ahead, Le Sserafim is gearing up for their highly anticipated second international tour, aptly named “Pureflow.” The tour is set to kick off on July 11 with two exciting shows in Incheon, promising fans an unforgettable experience.
