Boy group also plans showcase event ahead of release
K-pop sensation Ateez is set to release their highly anticipated fifth Japanese single on July 29, accompanied by an exclusive showcase event in Tokyo a day prior, as announced by their agency, KQ Entertainment, on Thursday.
This upcoming release follows their successful second Japanese full-length album, “Ashes to Light,” launched in October. That album, Ateez’s first Japanese studio album in roughly four and a half years, achieved the group’s highest first-week sales in Japan and dominated major Oricon charts, showcasing their significant impact in the Japanese market.
Building on their momentum, Ateez also kicked off the Japan leg of their “In Your Fantasy” world tour in Saitama that October, with stops in Nagoya and Kobe. The final concerts in Kobe saw tickets sell out instantly, underscoring the K-pop group’s immense popularity and strong fan base.
Looking ahead, the renowned K-pop act recently unveiled plans for their 2026 fan meeting, titled “Atiny’s Voyage: Tiny Mystery,” which will take place from August 4-6 at the K-Arena Yokohama.
Fans can also look forward to Ateez’s upcoming appearance at the prestigious “Asia Star Entertainer Awards 2026,” hosted at Belluna Dome in Saitama, Japan, on May 17.
