Rising K-pop group TWS has achieved a significant career milestone, selling over 1.11 million copies of their fifth EP within just one week of its release. This record-breaking achievement was confirmed by their agency, Pledis Entertainment, on Monday, marking a new career high for the artists.
Their newest mini-album, “No Tragedy,” launched on April 27, demonstrating immediate success by selling more than 830,000 units on its release day alone. This remarkable first-day performance significantly outpaced TWS’s previous releases. The album then soared past the coveted 1 million units mark in a mere four days, solidifying “No Tragedy” as the two-year-old group’s very first million-selling record.
The lead single from the EP, “You, You,” quickly made its mark, charting across all major domestic music platforms. Furthermore, its accompanying music video garnered an impressive 20 million views on YouTube in under a week, highlighting the track’s widespread appeal and the group’s rapidly expanding global fanbase.
Amidst the successful promotion of their new mini-album, TWS is also set to perform at KCON Japan 2026. The group will join the highly anticipated lineup for the three-day K-pop festival this Saturday, held in Chiba, Japan, connecting with their international fans.
