This milestone marks Stray Kids’ eighth music video to achieve over 200 million views. The “Chk Chk Boom” music video features cameos from Hollywood stars Ryan Reynolds and Hugh Jackman, adding to its global appeal and attracting a wider audience.
“Chk Chk Boom” was the lead single from their ninth EP, “Ate,” released in 2024. The track made a significant impact on the Billboard charts, debuting on the Hot 100 at No. 49, marking Stray Kids’ highest position on the chart to date. The “Ate” album also debuted at the top of the Billboard 200, solidifying Stray Kids’ position as a leading K-pop group.
Last week, Stray Kids celebrated their 8th debut anniversary with fans. They released a special single, “Stay,” as a gift to their dedicated fanbase, and held a fan meetup in Incheon. The anniversary celebrations continue with fan meetups scheduled for April 4th and 5th.
