SPC Samlip announced on Monday the appointment of Do Se-ho, CEO of Sangmidang Holdings, and Jeong In-ho, head of Kellanova Korea, as its new co-chief executive officers.
The appointments received approval during a board meeting held earlier in the day and are set to be finalized at the shareholder’s meeting scheduled for March 26th.
This strategic move underscores SPC Samlip’s commitment to management reform, enhanced workplace safety protocols, and accelerated global expansion initiatives.
Do Se-ho brings extensive experience in safety management and labor relations. The company believes his leadership will be instrumental in cultivating a stronger workplace safety culture and fortifying production management systems.
Jeong In-ho, currently the CEO of Kellanova Korea with oversight of Hong Kong and Taiwan operations, will leverage his expertise in global strategy and sales to bolster SPC Samlip’s overseas business growth and implement management systems aligned with international standards.
“This leadership transition is a strategic response to the evolving business landscape, aimed at fostering innovation across both production and management sectors,” stated an SPC Samlip representative.
“With workplace safety and global market expansion as our core objectives, we are confident in strengthening our competitive edge and establishing a solid foundation for sustained future growth.”
