Alpha Drive One Oricon Chart Success

Rising K-Pop boy band Alpha Drive One has achieved impressive success, ranking No. 4 on Oricon’s Monthly Album Ranking with their debut album, “Euphoria,” as announced by their agency, WakeOne Entertainment, on Friday.

The highly anticipated debut also landed at No. 3 on Oricon’s Weekly and Weekly Combined Album Rankings, maintaining a strong presence at No. 4 in the following week on both charts.

Released in January, the rookie group’s first EP quickly surpassed 1.44 million units sold within its first week, securing its position as the second-best-selling debut album from a K-pop group. Adding to their remarkable start, all six tracks from “Euphoria” entered Melon’s Top 100 chart.

With their electrifying lead single, “Freak Alarm,” the eight-member group has already claimed victories on all three major Korean television music chart shows. This achievement marks them as the first boy group to accomplish this with a debut song since Wanna One nine years ago, further solidifying their potential and impact on the K-Pop scene.
