Experience the excitement of “BTS The City Arirang New York,” running from July 24 through August 3 (local time). This special event perfectly complements the group’s highly anticipated “Arirang” world tour concerts, scheduled for August 1-2 at the renowned MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, New Jersey, offering an expanded BTS concert New York experience.
A major highlight of the program is the stunning transformation of Grand Central Terminal, one of New York’s most historic and bustling landmarks. This iconic location will be reimagined with captivating visuals inspired by BTS’s fifth full-length album, “Arirang.” Fans can expect to see vibrant red posters, reflecting the album’s distinctive color, installed throughout the terminal, creating an immersive Grand Central Terminal BTS experience.
Inside Grand Central Terminal, Vanderbilt Hall will transform into an exclusive “ARMY Madang,” a dedicated space for the devoted BTS fandom. Here, fans can get up close with iconic BTS stage outfits from their memorable 2019 Wembley Stadium concerts in London. Beyond the display, expect a variety of additional fan-focused events and engaging interactive programs designed for ARMY, the passionate global fanbase of the K-pop septet.
“The City” project is renowned as a large-scale cultural program designed to extend the electrifying BTS concert experience beyond the venue and into host cities. Through unique themed installations and fan events, it creates an immersive atmosphere. This innovative project first launched during the group’s “Permission to Dance on Stage” tour in Las Vegas in 2022 and has since captivated fans in major global cities, including Seoul, Busan, Las Vegas, and London, solidifying its place as a significant BTS cultural program.
