BTS (RM, Jin, Suga, J-Hope, Jimin, V, Jungkook) continues to captivate the world with their unparalleled performance skills. Recently released choreography content for their new songs has garnered explosive reactions, once again demonstrating the power of these “world-class performers.”
On the 27th of last month, BTS kicked off a series of releases with a dance practice video for their title track ‘SWIM.’ This was followed by the music video and dance practice video for the B-side track ‘2.0,’ and then the music video for ‘Hooligan.’ Each release showcases a completely different style of dance, proving BTS’s boundless and diverse performance capabilities.
For ‘SWIM,’ BTS interpreted the introspective lyrics with fluid and delicate movements. The performance, which combines relaxed, naturally flowing gestures with subtle impacts, reveals the group’s mature sensibility. In contrast, the choreography for ‘2.0’ and ‘Hooligan’ displays the team’s signature “razor-sharp synchronization.” ‘2.0’ emphasizes weighty movements and perfect control of tempo. The members’ ability to restrain their power, following a meticulously crafted narrative arc, conveys both strength and poise. The group choreography for ‘Hooligan’ is nothing short of overwhelming. The explosive energy and sophisticated gestures, performed in sync with dozens of dancers, deliver an exhilarating sensation that thrills the entire body.

The ‘SWIM’ and ‘2.0’ performance videos each surpassed 6 million and 4 million YouTube views, respectively, within a day of their release. The ‘Hooligan’ music video soared past 8 million views even before reaching 24 hours, proving its explosive popularity. Furthermore, the ‘SWIM’ Live Clip II. Swimming Pool ver., which amassed nearly 10 million views in just one week, has also gained immense traction, significantly boosting anticipation for BTS’s upcoming concerts.
The ‘BTS WORLD TOUR ‘ARIRANG’,’ featuring a variety of spectacular performances, is set to kick off on the 9th at the Goyang Main Stadium. The tour will feature a 360-degree stage, allowing fans to experience the seven members’ performances even more vividly. All 46 shows, including stops in Goyang, Tokyo, North America, and Europe, are already sold out, with approximately 2.4 million fans eagerly awaiting the group in North America and Europe alone. BTS will present a total of 85 performances throughout this tour. All eyes are on the “another level” performances that the seven members, expanding their reach globally, are prepared to deliver.
