The K-pop group IVE continues their “IVE syndrome” with their powerful music chart presence.
“BANG BANG,” the pre-release double title track from IVE’s 2nd full album ‘REVIVE+,’ has topped the Melon Weekly Chart (March 9th – March 15th), maintaining its position for three consecutive weeks. Furthermore, it has proven its strong music power once again by ranking first on the Genie and Bugs Weekly Charts for four consecutive weeks.
Additionally, IVE topped the Hanteo Chart Weekly (March 9th – March 15th) World Chart and Social Chart, revealing the high interest and popularity of their global fandom. In particular, “BANG BANG” has swept the top spots on real-time, daily, and weekly music charts, proving its unwavering popularity since its release.
After its release, “BANG BANG” dominated major domestic music platforms and achieved the first Perfect All-Kill (PAK) among songs released this year, setting a record of six PAKs for the team overall. The intense EDM sound, energetic performance, and IVE’s unique confident energy have captivated music fans, and the addictive point choreographies such as the ‘Keyring Dance,’ ‘Shoulder Dance,’ and ‘Ayaya Dance’ have gained significant attention. As a result, cover videos from domestic and international fans, as well as challenge participation from various artists and creators, continue to expand its influence.
Another double title track, “BLACKHOLE,” is also continuing its success. The song, which contains a magnificent cinematic sound and a subjective and hopeful message, has resonated with listeners and garnered attention on social media with its splendid performance, solidifying its long-term popularity by ranking 4th on the Bugs Weekly Chart.
IVE has achieved nine music show wins with “BANG BANG” and “BLACKHOLE,” including a triple crown, and recently ranked first in the March 2026 Girl Group Brand Reputation announced by the Korea Corporate Reputation Research Institute. With official music show activities ending on the 8th, this record once again proves IVE’s powerful music source and solid popularity.
As such, they are continuing the “IVE syndrome” not only on weekly music charts but also in various indicators and are planning to continue IVE’s second world tour ‘SHOW WHAT I AM’ in various countries and regions such as Asia, Europe, the Americas, and Oceania from April.
Meanwhile, ahead of the world tour, IVE will hold ‘2026 IVE THE 4TH FAN CONCERT ‘DIVE into IVE” at Incheon Inspire Arena from the 21st to the 22nd and meet fans.
