The presidential office stated that Ha Jung-woo will engage in discussions with Lisa Su, who is currently visiting South Korea to connect with prominent local technology companies like Samsung Electronics and Naver.
Key topics of discussion are expected to revolve around strengthening cooperation with South Korean semiconductor companies and fostering broader collaboration within the AI sector. This includes exploring opportunities related to the government’s ambitious plan to establish an “AI highway” infrastructure.
Vice Chair of the National AI Strategy Committee, Im Moon-young, will also be present at the meeting.
