BTS Comeback: Gwanghwamun Transformation Underway

With the highly anticipated Gwanghwamun comeback performance of top idol group BTS (RM, Jin, Jimin, J-Hope, Suga, V, Jungkook) just four days away, stage setup and security preparations are progressing smoothly in the Gwanghwamun area.

Gwanghwamun Square, the venue for ‘BTS Comeback Live: ARIRANG’, is buzzing with activity as it prepares to host the festival.

From 7 PM on the 20th to midnight on the 21st, BTS comeback-related content will be broadcast on large outdoor electronic displays installed throughout the square.

Meanwhile, on the 16th, BTS posted a detailed program guide for ‘BTS THE CITY ARIRANG SEOUL’ (hereinafter referred to as ‘THE CITY SEOUL’) on the global superfan platform Weverse. ‘THE CITY SEOUL’ is an urban project that will be developed throughout the city from the 20th to April 19th. Participants in the program will enjoy the pleasure that can only be felt at a specific time and place, and experience the ‘scarcity of experience’.

On March 20th, the release date of the new album ‘ARIRANG’, a series of large-scale events will unfold. Media facades will begin at 7 PM at locations such as Sungnyemun Gate and Namsan Seoul Tower. The sky above Ttukseom Hangang Park will be illuminated by a drone light show for approximately 15 minutes starting at 8:30 PM.
