BTS’s Jimin is solidifying his global presence as a leading K-pop artist with a remarkable achievement on the US Billboard charts.

According to Billboard, the American music publication, Jimin’s second solo album, ‘MUSE,’ ranked 23rd on Billboard’s ‘World Albums’ chart, successfully charting for 85 consecutive weeks. This is the first and only record of its kind for a K-pop solo album.

Jimin's MUSE Album Billboard Achievement

With ‘MUSE’ achieving 85 weeks on the Billboard World Albums chart, Jimin is extending his record as the longest-charting K-pop solo album. He also holds the second-longest charting record with his first album, ‘FACE,’ which charted for 63 weeks.

Jimin's Global Music Power

Furthermore, Jimin has topped the chart 5 times with his first album ‘FACE’ and 8 times with his second album ‘MUSE’, totaling 13 number one rankings. This is a first and only for a K-pop solo artist, clearly demonstrating Jimin’s global music power as a solo artist.

The globally popular ‘MUSE’ ranked 11th in the 2024 Billboard Year-End Chart and 3rd in 2025. ‘FACE’ previously ranked 5th in 2023, making Jimin’s the artist to achieve a three-year streak on the chart. Jimin also achieved a remarkable feat by charting on the Billboard Year-End World Albums Artist chart for three consecutive years: 7th in 2023, 6th in 2024, and 5th in 2025.

Meanwhile, ‘Who’, the title track of ‘MUSE’, spent 84 weeks on the Billboard ‘Global Excl. US’ chart, continuing its record as the longest-charting K-pop solo song without collaborations.
