VeriVery’s Kangmin is gearing up for his solo debut with the physical single “Free Falling,” set to release later this month, announced his agency Jellyfish Entertainment on Tuesday.
The album, launching on March 26th, marks a significant step for Kangmin nearly seven years after debuting with VeriVery. Recently, alongside four of his bandmates, VeriVery celebrated their first win on a television music chart show in three years with “Red (Beggin’),” the title track from their fourth physical single, “Lost and Found.” This marked a high point in the group’s comeback.
Following the group’s success, Kangmin launched a solo fan meet tour, beginning in Seoul in January. The tour took him to Hong Kong, Taipei, Osaka, and Yokohama, connecting with fans across Asia.
Beyond music, Kangmin has also expanded his career into acting, taking on the lead role in the short-form drama series “Jump Boy Live,” which premiered last month. Stay tuned for Kangmin’s solo debut and exciting new ventures!
