Girl group IVE (composed of An Yu-jin, Gaeul, Rei, Jang Won-young, Liz, and Lee-seo) continues its ‘IVE Syndrome’ by achieving their 80th music show win.
IVE took first place on the March first week of KBS2’s ‘Music Bank’ with their pre-release double title track ‘BANG BANG’.
IVE achieved two consecutive weeks at number one on ‘Music Bank’. ‘BANG BANG’ secured 5 wins, and the other double title track ‘BLACKHOLE’ added one more, bringing the total wins for their 2nd full album to 6. With this, IVE has set another record of achieving 80 music show wins as a team.

Through their agency Starship Entertainment, IVE shared their thoughts: “We are so grateful and happy to be able to share happy moments with DIVE (fandom name) since our comeback. We are working harder because DIVE is always giving us so much love, so please continue to support us for the remaining activities.” They added, “Thank you once again to everyone who loves IVE’s music.”
On this day’s broadcast, IVE showcased their new song ‘BLACKHOLE’ and revealed their intense presence. IVE, appearing in six different suit styles, heightened the immersion of the stage with dynamic performance using a long table, and the members’ charismatic choreography and captivating vocals captivated the atmosphere on site. In particular, the ‘Look at Me’ dance using the key choreography and the lively expressions doubled the immersion.
‘BANG BANG’, which led IVE’s winning streak, is a song with a strong energy based on EDM and electronic sounds, and has received a hot response with its addictive sound and intuitive performance. As if to prove the interest, ‘BANG BANG’ achieved a perfect all-kill (PAK) on music charts and is receiving a lot of love by sweeping the weekly charts. Amidst this popularity, IVE will present the ‘BANG BANG’ stage on MBC’s ‘Show! Music Core’ on the 7th and SBS’s ‘Inkigayo’ on the 8th, decorating the finale of their activities in a splendid way.

‘BLACKHOLE’, another double title track, is a song that harmonizes cinematic sound and shuffle rhythm, and further expands IVE’s narrative by redefining IVE-style narcissism through subjective lyrics such as ‘Whatever you want will come true’.
IVE will appear on MBC’s ‘Show! Music Core’ on the 7th and SBS’s ‘Inkigayo’ on the 8th to meet fans.
