KT Corp. announced its participation in Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2026 in Barcelona, Spain, where it will showcase its advancements in Artificial Intelligence (AI) transformation. The company plans to highlight its expanding role in both the public and enterprise sectors through various AI-driven solutions.
In the public sector, KT will present the pilot program results of an AI platform developed in collaboration with the Supreme Court at MWC, which will be held from Monday to Thursday. This innovative platform aims to enhance judicial efficiency by leveraging AI for tasks such as efficient case search, in-depth issue analysis, and streamlined document drafting.
A significant component of this platform is an intelligent legal information search service. It utilizes a combination of a vector database and large-scale retrieval-augmented generation technology to deliver precise case-based queries and similarity analysis capabilities.
Focusing on education, KT will introduce Hi-Learning, an AI-powered platform designed to transform teaching and learning experiences. By analyzing student performance data through Experience API (xAPI), the platform provides personalized feedback using its sophisticated AI-based diagnostic function.
For enterprise clients, KT will unveil Agent Fabric, an advanced AI framework that surpasses traditional generative AI capabilities. This system integrates multiple AI technologies and autonomous agents into a connected architecture that operates across vital business functions. It addresses significant AI transformation (AX) challenges, including integration complexity, data governance, context continuity, and operational reliability.
Agent Fabric’s architecture is structured into five layers: the experience layer, intelligence layer, context layer, execution layer, and governance layer. It separates the control and runtime plane to bolster data security while enabling flexible expansion of AI models and services.
At its exhibition booth, KT will demonstrate practical enterprise applications of Agent Fabric. This will include showcasing an agent orchestration system where specialized AI agents collaborate to manage complex workflows. KT will also present its K-RAI (Korea Responsible AI) Assessment tool, designed to evaluate AI risks across 11 categories, promoting responsible AI development and deployment.
