K-pop sensation IVE hosted a special “graduation party” for fans, shared via their official YouTube channel on Wednesday.
The popular girl group is releasing a string of graduation-themed content to commemorate member Leeseo’s 20th birthday (Korean age) and the highly-anticipated release of their second full-length album.
“We are holding a graduation ceremony signifying that we will be reborn as a new ‘IVE,'” member Gaeul explained, with all six members adorably dressed in school uniforms for the occasion.
IVE officially released their second LP, “Revive+,” on Monday. Fans can look forward to the group’s first TV performance of their main track, “Blackhole,” on a music chart show this Thursday.
Adding to their success, the pre-release track “Bang Bang” has already achieved an all-kill on domestic music charts. This marks IVE’s sixth song to reach this milestone and the first song of the year to accomplish such a feat. The single has also made a strong debut on Billboard’s Global 200 and Global Excl. US charts, landing at No. 81 and No. 38, respectively.
