K-pop girl group Rescene (Woni, Liv, Minami, May, Zena) recently held an emotional, tearful live broadcast to celebrate their chart-topping success, having faced considerable emotional distress due to the recent ‘Ilbe controversy’ involving member Woni.
While Rescene’s remake single ‘Pretty Girl’ was released on various online music platforms at 6 PM on the 8th, it was their debut track, ‘Love Attack,’ that impressively climbed to the #1 spot on Melon Chart, Korea’s largest music streaming service.
Rescene, currently experiencing a significant chart resurgence with their debut song ‘Love Attack,’ proudly claimed the #1 position, attracting widespread attention in the K-pop scene. Their new track, ‘Pretty Girl,’ also secured a strong position, peaking at #6.
Amidst these achievements, Rescene connected with fans through a surprise late-night live broadcast to convey their heartfelt gratitude. Titled “It’s All Thanks to Re:mind (our fan club),” the live stream saw the Rescene members overcome with emotion, shedding tears as they expressed their thanks for reaching #1 on the Melon chart.
