LX Pantos proudly announced on Wednesday the release of its 2026 Sustainability Report, a comprehensive document detailing significant progress in advancing environmental, social, and governance (ESG) management across its extensive domestic and global operations.
This crucial report was meticulously prepared in strict accordance with the 2021 Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) Standards, further referencing globally recognized ESG frameworks to ensure robust and transparent reporting.
The report thoroughly outlines LX Pantos’ strategic responses and key achievements across nine critical material ESG issues, which were carefully identified through a rigorous double materiality assessment.
Within the environmental category, LX Pantos demonstrated its commitment by precisely calculating its Scope 1 direct greenhouse gas emissions and Scope 2 indirect emissions from both its domestic operations and key overseas sites. The company also successfully completed third-party verification for this data, significantly enhancing the credibility and reliability of its global environmental performance metrics.
In the social category, LX Pantos actively collected and analyzed comprehensive employee data from nine of its overseas subsidiaries. The report transparently discloses vital information related to human rights and labor practices, occupational health and safety (OHS), working conditions, and ongoing employee education and career development initiatives.
The governance category highlights LX Pantos’ unwavering dedication to strengthening ethical leadership and compliance management. The company proudly reported zero cases of corruption or fair trade violations and achieved an impressive 100 percent completion rate for its essential compliance training programs in 2025.
LX Pantos’ robust ESG performance received notable external recognition in 2025. The company was awarded a prestigious Bronze rating from EcoVadis, a leading global ESG ratings provider, and secured a commendable B rating from the Carbon Disclosure Project (CDP).
Further solidifying its commitment to sustainability, LX Pantos also obtained LEED Gold certification for its cutting-edge MegaWise Cheongna Center. Additionally, it achieved an A+ rating under the Regional Social Contribution Recognition System, administered by South Korea’s Ministry of Health and Welfare, acknowledging its positive community impact.
“LX Pantos is continuously advancing its sustainability management by strategically expanding the scope of our ESG initiatives beyond Korea to encompass our entire global operational network,” stated CEO Lee Yong-ho, underscoring the company’s worldwide commitment to responsible business practices.
