Le Sserafim, the acclaimed K-pop girl group managed by Source Music, has officially earned platinum certification from the Recording Industry Association of Japan for their hit single “Crazy.” This significant milestone for the popular quintet was announced on Thursday by their agency.
“Crazy,” which serves as the vibrant title track from Le Sserafim’s fourth EP released in 2024, has now surpassed an impressive 100 million streams across Japan. This remarkable achievement makes “Crazy” the sixth Le Sserafim song to reach such a monumental streaming milestone. The high-energy EDM track also made a strong impact on the U.S. music charts, spending two weeks on Billboard’s Hot 100 and peaking at a commendable No. 76. Furthermore, the accompanying EP itself garnered substantial international attention, charting for four weeks on the prestigious Billboard 200 and debuting at an impressive No. 7.
Continuing their consistent chart success, Le Sserafim’s second full-length album, “Pureflow Pt. 1,” also made its mark on the highly competitive Billboard 200, entering at No. 10 and maintaining its presence on the main albums chart for three consecutive weeks until earlier this month.
Looking ahead, the talented K-pop quintet is set to embark on a major 23-city global tour next month. Named after their latest LP, this highly anticipated tour will kick off with two spectacular shows in Incheon, signaling an exciting new chapter for Le Sserafim and their global fanbase.
