Jungkook’s debut solo single, ‘Seven,’ released in 2023, reached No. 101 on Spotify’s ‘Weekly Top Songs Global’ chart (dated June 5-11) with over 10.75 million streams. This track notably climbed in ranking from the previous week and has now charted for an unparalleled 152 weeks, making it the first and longest-charting song by an Asian solo artist on the platform.
His first solo album, ‘GOLDEN,’ secured the 105th spot on Spotify’s ‘Weekly Top Albums Global’ chart for the week of June 5-11. ‘GOLDEN’ has made history by charting for a remarkable 136 weeks, marking it as the first and longest-charting album by an Asian solo artist on this chart. Additionally, ‘GOLDEN’ has become the first studio album by an Asian artist on Spotify to exceed an astonishing 7.17 billion cumulative streams.

‘Seven’ has also achieved over 2.98 billion cumulative streams, becoming the first song by an Asian artist and the first 2023 release to reach this monumental figure. Both ‘Seven’ and ‘GOLDEN’ made powerful debuts, landing at No. 1 and No. 2, respectively, on Spotify’s ‘Daily Top Global’ chart. Furthermore, Jungkook’s personal Spotify account, encompassing all his credited works, has exceeded an astounding 11 billion combined streams, setting a new record as the fastest Asian artist and the first K-pop solo artist to achieve this feat.
